If you cancel your order before it is processed, you will receive a 100% refund. We try to allow 48 hours for you to make changes to your order (which you can refuse).
 
If the order has been processed but the manufacturer has not started building the doll, you will get an 80% refund.

Because these dolls are customized for each customer and are used in a very personal manner, we cannot take dolls back because customers change their mind. 

If there is a mistake in the doll (eg wrong skin tone) we will gladly replace your doll.  We will gladly fix any of our errors and will do our best to make sure our customers are happy. 

Q: How long will Momoko take to arrive?

A: Momoko should be at your door within 3 to 4 weeks. On average, Momoko takes 23 days from order to arrival but this can be disrupted by holidays, weather, etc.

Q: Is the packaging discreet?

A: Yes. We ship in plain boxes with no identifying labels or company names.

Q: What's Momoko made of?

A: High-quality, soft Silicone material for a realistic, skin-like feel.

Q: How do I store Momoko?

A: At 24" high, Momoko can easily be stored under beds, in closets, on shelves, nearly anywhere.

Just remember to store your doll on something soft to prevent any lines on the skin. Nothing should press on the doll. The blanket that usually comes with the doll is a good example and can be used.

Do NOT leave your doll in bent or unusual positions for prolonged periods of time. Return to a neutral position (hands and feet included) for long term storage to ensure maximum lifespan for the skeleton.

Some people prefer to store there dolls in a travel case or bag such as this one, also made by Climax especially for their mini dolls. 

Others prefer to dress their dolls and leave them on display. Just make sure that the clothes aren't tight (to prevent marks left behind) and that they have been washed properly to avoid leaving dye. Dye can permanently stain doll skin.

Q: What do I need to know when dressing Momoko?

A: Always wash new fabrics to make sure there isn't any dye leftover before dressing Momoko. Use dressing tape, small bags, plastic wrap, cloth - anything that can be wrapped around Momoko's hands and feet to protect the fingers and toes before dressing the doll to ensure no damage occurs to the skin without a full skeleton (the fingers do bend and hold their shape but the "skeleton" is much thinner for a more realistic effect - essentially there is a wire form inside these pieces).

Also, don't leave tight clothing on for long periods because it can leave markings on the skin.

Q: Do I need to clean Momoko?

A: Yes, you absolutely need to clean and inspect Momoko after each use. Momoko should also be cleaned before the first use.

Q: How do I clean Momoko?

A: You just need to get some mild soapy water into the vaginal cavity and then rinse with warm clean water. Not much soap is needed. We usually recommend antibacterial soap.

You can use a pump, a laboratory wash bottle (also called a squeeze wash bottle or a lab squirt bottle), a irrigator, whatever you have or is easy to get that works for you.

Dry your doll with a soft toll gently. Make sure the vaginal cavity is dry BEFORE storing your doll.

Drying sticks/absorbent rods can be stored in the vaginal cavity to ensure it stays dry.

We do have a cleaning and maintenance kit featuring an irrigator bottle, a syringe (for adding lubricant), and 2 drying sticks here or just 2 drying sticks here if you need. 

Finally, a light layer of corn starch or baby powder can be applied to the dry skin. This will prevent dust and hair from sticking to your doll and absorb any oils that will slowly be released from the silicone skin (this is normal and perfectly safe - it just gets sticky but can be washed off). 

For a more in-depth version of the process, refer to our care and maintenance guide. Also, Momoko may come with an owner's manual or special instructions - if that is the case, always follow those first in case changes have been recently made that we don't know about.

Q: Is a 24" (60cm) doll really going to be big enough for me? 

A: Although the overall size of the doll is smaller than a full-sized doll, the vagina is nearly 5 inches deep which is deep enough for most people to enjoy. Remember, silicone stretches and it will wear in a little bit.

Q: I just opened the box and my doll smells funny. What now?

A: Much like a new car, new dolls can have a distinct smell. Is it dangerous? No, Momoko is made with medical grade silicone.

We work with manufacturers that have their materials tested for safety but some of us are super sniffers and don't like new smells. If you leave your doll to air out (away from windows with UV exposure that breaks down silicone and TPE), the smell should be gone in about a week at most (the smell is light).

Brush off any particles on the doll left from manufacturing (looks like a fine dust) and remove the packaging materials to help clear away the smell.

Q: Can I bathe my new doll?

A: Absolutely! Unlike full sized dolls, mini dolls are less prone to rust. I do, however, recommend inspecting your doll for tears occasionally. You do not want the skeleton exposed to water.

If the silicone ever starts pulling away from the neck joint, DO NOT WASH THE DOLL. Again, never expose the skeleton to water or it will rust and reduce the life span of your doll.

Q: Are there any special considerations for mini dolls?

A: Yes, there are a few things to be concerned about. The hands, feet, fingers, and toes are more delicate than full size dolls.

Instead of being made of articulated joints, they are made of wire (there really isn’t room for full joints) and if bent too much can poke through the silicone. 

We recommend covering hands and feet with cloth, plastic wrap, or dressing tape prior to clothing the doll to ensure the digits do not snag on anything. Then, remove the covering afterwards. 

Also, do NOT leave your doll in bent or unusual positions for prolonged periods of time. Return your doll to a neutral position (hands and feet included) when not in use to ensure the silicone and skeleton stay in the best condition.

Q: Is there any assembly required?

A: Yes, but not much. The neck has a threaded metal piece coming out. Fit the threaded hole on the bottom of the head onto the neck and screw on. 

Add on the wig and assembly is complete!

Q: Can I change eyes and wigs like a full sized doll?

A: You can change wigs but not eyes. Full-size dolls typically have eyes that easily pop out and can be replaced but Momoko, like most mini dolls, has eyes that are not complete spheres.  It is difficult to pull the eyes out and put new eyes in without incurring damage either to the eyes or the surrounding silicone, lashes and paint.  

Thus, we do not advise changing eyes (per Climax's recommendation) and do not warranty any damage done by changing eyes. 

Q: Do I need lubricant?

A: Yes, to prevent damage to the doll (and you), lubricant is necessary. Climax recommends a water-based lubricant to be used with their dolls.

Q: Are you Cops? (You have to tell me if you're a cop.)

A: No we are no Cops and yes all of our dolls including our mini dolls are legal in the United States.
