Mini Climax Dolls take 3-5 weeks to arrive (usually around 24 days but holidays/weather/etc. can delay delivery).

Step 1: You place your order and we email you to acknowledge the order is received and asking if you want to skip the 48 hours grace period (a lot of customers have trouble deciding on customization and want to make a last-minute change).

Step 2: We contact the factory to start your unique doll, ask for a rough timeline from the factory, and we process your payment. Then, we email you to inform you of the progress.

Step 3: We get pictures from the factory and email them to you to verify the doll is as ordered. We wait 48 hours for your response and then give the factory the okay to ship the doll (so please respond as soon as you get the email to tell us if there is the problem or to get your doll sooner if it is as ordered – if you don’t respond we can only assume approval).

Step 4: Your doll is shipped! We email you with the tracking number to let you know to be on the lookout for your doll. This email may be delayed as sometimes the factories forget to send the tracking number and we have to contact them (repeatedly) for this information.

Note: The factory will choose the shipping option that is least expensive at that moment so we cannot guarantee which service will be used. This allows us to cover the cost of shipping instead of choosing one service at a much higher rate.

Step 5: The doll is 24-72 hours away – we email you (are you noticing a pattern here?) to make sure you are aware your doll is arriving soon (talk to the delivery service about holding your package if you are worried about package theft in your area). Please do not depend on our email – we have had dolls delivered unexpectedly early so use the tracking number to check for yourself.

Step 6: Your doll has arrived – woot! Now check out your doll and check your email because, yes, we will send you one last email – a reminder to check your doll out for problems and to provide our email one last time in case there is a problem.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it is processed, you will receive a full refund. We offer a 48-hour window before the order is processed, which you can refuse. We process dolls on sale immediately.

If the order is processed but the build hasn’t started, you can receive an 80% refund. If the manufacturer has already started production, we cannot cancel the order. Please remember, this is a highly customized doll made to your exact specifications.
 
Please inspect your shipment immediately both inside and out upon arrival. Check the box for damage and check the doll for damage as well. Take photos or videos as you unpack if you can. Make sure all accessories are present. If the doll is not as advertised or arrives damaged, the doll can be returned. If the manufacturer cannot send a new doll, we will issue a refund.

For a return or refund:

• The doll must be in the same condition it arrived in and all parts and accessories it came with must be included.
• The doll must be in its original packaging.
• We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Do NOT use your doll before inspecting it. Once the doll is used, we CANNOT take it back due to hygiene concerns

If you choose to call us and it is after hours, leave us a voice mail with your contact information and we will return your call. Specify the problem in as much detail as possible. Also, please include photos or video whenever possible.

What is Not Covered:

• Skin – Minor variations or imperfections to the dolls skin such as slight color variations or seams.
  
• Eye lashes – Eye lashes can come loose and are also easily reattached.
• Makeup – Every doll is hand made so you will usually receive photos of the doll before it ships. (We do have a few budget brands that have little to no makeup and do not send photos.) If there are issues with the makeup, these can be resolved before the doll ever leaves the warehouse. This is NOT the time for special requests but merely to ensure the doll is as shown in the website photos. Please remember, these dolls are customized and individually hand finished so each one will be unique.
  
• Sex dolls are tough but not indestructible and we will not replace dolls that are damaged by the customers. We do have care, handling, and cleaning guides for our customers to refer to in order to avoid such situations in addition to the documentation sent by the manufacturers with the dolls. If you do accidentally damage your doll, (it happens to the best of us) we can recommend videos on doll repair.
  

Minor Damage (i.e. Small Tear or Missing Parts):

If your doll arrived with some minor damage (for example, a very small tear or some minor missing parts) and you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the doll, we have a few options:
     
     Partial refund – we can issue you a partial refund for the missing parts or damage to your doll.
     Replacement of missing items or sending you repair kits free of charge.

Exchanges:

Due to concerns over hygiene, high shipping costs and the highly customized nature of these dolls we cannot exchange dolls if you change your mind after getting your doll. We do, however, offer discounts on heads, wigs, eyes and clothing for returning customers, all of which can make your doll look completely different. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
